NAMI Florida
NAMI is the nation’s largest grassroots mental health organization dedicated to building better lives for the millions of Americans affected by mental illness. NAMI Florida is the state organization. Provides education, support and resources.

Clubhouse International
Through over 320 Clubhouses around the world, this group offers people living with mental illness opportunities for friendship, employment, housing, education and access to medical and psychiatric services in a single caring and safe environment – so they can recover and fully participate as valued and respected members of society.

Trained volunteers provide emotional and spiritual support and encouragement to those who are struggling, referring them to appropriate resources, if needed. They support mental health issues including addiction, depression, grief, stress, rejection and loneliness as well as family, finances, health and employment problems.

Girls & Boys Town National Teen Hotline
Crisis hotline that helps parents and youth cope with stress and anxiety. Young people and families can ​ask questions via​ phone, text, chat or email. Counseling, crisis and resource referral services specially-trained counselors. Placement and long-term residential care. Multilingual.

Anxiety and Depression Association of America (ADAA)
Provides information on prevention, treatment and symptoms of anxiety, depression and related conditions.

Children and Adults with Attention-Deficit/Hyperactivity Disorder (CHADD)
Provides information and referrals on ADHD, including local support groups.

Depression and Bipolar Support Alliance
Provides help, support and education to improve the lives of people who have mood disorders.

International OCD Foundation
Provides information on OCD and treatment referrals.

Schizophrenia and Related Disorders Alliance of America (SARDAA)
Maintains the Schizophrenia Anonymous self-help groups, available as toll free teleconferences.

Sidran Institute
Helps people understand, manage and treat trauma and dissociation; maintains a helpline for information and referrals.

TARA (Treatment and Research Advancements for Borderline Personality Disorder)
Offers a referral center for information, support, education and treatment options for BPD.
