Program to assist low income Orlando and Orange County residents by providing “to rent” housing units in either the public or private housing markets through Section 8 and Public Housing. OHA owns and operates 1,450+ public housing units located in 14 complexes that include amenities that enhance quality of life.

Aspire Health Partners ANCHOR Program
Provides Level III residential services, including group and individual therapy, case management, employment assistance, AA and NA meetings, recovery support, housing assistance and medication observation for chronically homeless adults and other individuals who have co-occurring disorders and are in need of support in their recovery. ANCHOR serves individuals who have been referred through sources including the Orange County Central Receiving Center service system, detox and outpatient services. It is a collaborative effort with Orange County Government.
Center for Independent Living in Central Florida
CIL creates fully inclusive and accessible communities where everyone can meaningfully contribute regardless of disability. Each program incorporates a piece of CIL’s five core services: peer-to-peer support, information and referral, advocacy, independent life skills training and transition.
Provides affordable permanent supportive housing for individuals with serious mental illness and co-occurring disabilities who are homeless or at-risk of being homeless. Housing is single site houses for typically four individuals or Housing First apartment homes for individuals.
Family of Friends
This facility is a ranch-style house situated on five acres in Sanford, Florida with a capacity for 14 males. The structured program provides residents a safe place to live their life independently while still continuing to receive the care needed.
Gulf Coast Jewish Family & Community Services
Programs assisting individuals with severe and persistent mental illness transition to independent living. Programs include supported housing, residential treatment, young adult transition, intervention and counseling. Serving Broward, Pinellas, Pasco and Hillsborough Counties.
Long-term treatment facility in Fern Park, Florida for adults with chronic mental illnesses. It provides a safe, supportive environment in dormitory style residences and apartment homes. The programs vary in degree of structure and supervision to meet the specific emotional, social and physical needs of the residents. Developed by La Amistad Foundation.
Pasadena Villa Orlando
Pasadena Villa Orlando is a coed residential treatment facility to help individuals re-learn how to live happily and independently. Programs guide clinically complex individuals toward a socially-fulfilling life. Treatment based upon the Social Integration Methodology including evidence-based therapies, DBT/CBT, real-time life skills coaching, animal-assisted therapy and expressive therapies.
